• How do I book a table?

  Choose a restaurant on the homepage, pick the date, time and number of guests. Sign in via Telegram or SMS — your booking will be confirmed within a minute.

• Do I need to call the restaurant?

  No. Book online anytime — no phone calls. The restaurant sees your request and confirms it in their dashboard.

• How do I cancel or change a booking?

  Go to your account (after signing in via Telegram or SMS), find your booking and cancel or change the time if needed. You can also contact the restaurant via the details on their page.

• Is booking free?

  Yes. For guests, booking through RezervaMasa is free. You only pay at the restaurant when you get the bill.

• Which restaurants are on the platform?

  We currently work with restaurants in Moldova. You can see the list on the homepage. New venues are added regularly.

• How can a restaurant join RezervaMasa?

  Go to the «For Business» section and submit your contact details. We will get in touch and set up online bookings for you.
