These terms govern guest and visitor use of RezervaMasa: venue pages, table bookings, account access, the interactive menu, feedback, delivery/takeaway, and service notifications.
1. Platform provider
RezervaMasa is provided by "Elite Dev" SRL, fiscal code: 1023600033840, legal address: mun. Chișinău, or. Chișinău, str. Dacia bd., 50, ap. 41.
By using the website, venue page, menu, booking form, order, feedback page, Telegram bot, or account, you accept these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy.
2. Role of RezervaMasa
RezervaMasa is a technology platform for table booking, menu browsing, request transmission, order transmission, and service notifications between guests and connected venues.
RezervaMasa is not a restaurant, kitchen, courier, or seller of food unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual service, food quality, availability, prices, allergens, opening hours, booking confirmation, order fulfilment, and payment on receipt are the responsibility of the venue.
3. Account, login, and phone verification
Some functions may require an account, Telegram/SMS login, or phone verification. You must provide accurate data and must not use another person phone, Telegram account, or contact details without permission.
If the phone is not verified, the account or booking may be limited. Phone verification reduces false bookings and helps the venue contact you.
4. Table bookings
A booking through RezervaMasa is a request or record in the venue system. Depending on settings, it may be automatically confirmed, sent to manual review, temporarily held, changed, declined, or cancelled.
Booking confirmation does not guarantee a specific table, room, exact seating duration, or absence of waiting where the venue faces operational issues, previous guest delays, force majeure, or data errors.
You must arrive on time, provide the correct party size, cancel in advance if plans change, and follow venue rules.
5. Guest booking without login
RezervaMasa may allow bookings without an account. Such bookings are marked as unauthorized and may require additional checks, a call, SMS, Telegram confirmation, Turnstile, or manual venue review.
To protect venues from mass table blocking, spam, and false requests, we may apply limits by IP, phone, device, venue, time, table, and other signals, temporarily hold bookings, or block repeated requests.
6. Cancellation, no-show, and restrictions
The venue may set its own cancellation, late arrival, table hold, deposit, minimum order, dress code, age restriction, admission, and on-site conduct rules.
If a user repeatedly creates false, duplicate, automated, or no-show bookings, RezervaMasa and/or the venue may limit access, request additional verification, or block the phone number.
7. Interactive menu and food information
The interactive menu helps guests browse dishes, drinks, categories, prices, photos, weight, preparation time, allergens, favorites, feedback, and proceed to booking or ordering.
Photos, descriptions, ingredients, allergens, calories, weight, availability, prices, and promotions may differ from the actual offer. The venue must keep this data up to date, and guests should verify critical information with staff, especially in case of allergies, medical restrictions, pregnancy, religious or other dietary requirements.
RezervaMasa does not provide medical or nutritional advice.
8. Delivery and takeaway orders
If delivery or takeaway is enabled, RezervaMasa transmits the order to the venue and displays estimated information: cart contents, amount, service mode, estimated time, address, comments, cutlery, tips, and payment method.
In the MVP, payment may be made on receipt or on site unless a separate online payment flow is connected. Fiscal receipt, returns, food quality, delivery, courier, packaging, final price, and order fulfilment remain with the venue unless expressly stated otherwise.
Estimated preparation and delivery time is not a guarantee and may change due to kitchen load, distance, traffic, weather, courier availability, technical errors, or venue decisions.
9. Delivery address and geolocation
For delivery, you must provide an accurate address, entrance, floor, apartment, landmark, and contact phone. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the venue or courier may request clarification, delay the order, change delivery conditions, or refuse fulfilment.
Geolocation, reverse geocoding, and autocomplete are convenience tools only. You must verify the final address before confirming the order.
10. Feedback and user content
You may submit feedback, ratings, booking or order comments, and support messages. Content must be lawful, accurate, and must not infringe third-party rights.
Threats, insults, third-party personal data without a basis, spam, fake reviews, commercial offers, harmful links, and illegal content are prohibited. RezervaMasa may hide, delete, or pass such content to the venue or competent recipients where needed.
11. Notifications
RezervaMasa may send service notifications about bookings, orders, waitlists, phone verification, account security, status changes, and important actions.
Notifications may be delivered via the website, Telegram, SMS, email, web push, or internal venue channels. They are not marketing messages where their purpose is to complete a requested action or ensure security.
12. Prohibited use
You must not create false, mass, automated, or duplicate bookings or orders; use another person data; bypass limits, Turnstile, or blocks; perform harmful scraping or automation; interfere with the platform, API, widgets, databases, payments, notifications, or admin tools; or publish illegal or misleading content.
13. Consumer rights and complaints
If a dispute concerns restaurant service, food quality, delivery, price, receipt, refund, or staff behavior, the primary responsible party is the venue.
RezervaMasa may help pass available technical information or contacts, but it does not replace a complaint procedure against the venue and does not assume the restaurant, seller, or courier obligations.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Availability and changes
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, change, limit, move, or disable features, perform maintenance, and change interfaces, domains, bots, APIs, and integrations.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, instant notification delivery, permanent third-party service availability, or preservation of all experimental features.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RezervaMasa is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, venue operational decisions, actions of staff, couriers, guests, map providers, Telegram, SMS, analytics, anti-spam, payment, or other third-party services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Moldovan law.
16. Intellectual property
RezervaMasa, interfaces, code, design, page structure, texts, logos, and software elements belong to RezervaMasa or relevant rights holders.
You may use the platform only for its intended purpose. Copying, modification, resale, reverse engineering, database extraction, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
17. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
We may update the terms when the product, law, integrations, or business processes change. The current version is published on the website.
